Benchmarking `buffer-sv2`

The buffer-sv2 crate already includes a benchmarking suite, but it is currently non-functional. This issue aims to revive the existing benchmarks, structure them correctly, and ensure they run. In addition, we should review the current set of benchmark implementations to evaluate their coverage and add any missing or relevant benchmarks as needed.
