Create a tweening system similar to HaxeFlixel's FlxTween

This includes providing the ability to create new tween instances that you can apply settings to (as a separate object), containing the tween type, ease function, duration, and more.

You must be able to resume, pause, stop and cancel the tween just like you can in HaxeFlixel.
