numerated list does not support `)` variation

it appears that along with n. as indicator for numerated lists, there is n) in Common Mark Spec too.

example

1) first
2) second
...

this is the first time I see this, so it's not a priority or something. just wanted to mention

That's the first time I've ever heard of it too. Shouldn't be that hard to add though.

How should these items be styled do you think? One of the core design thoughts of how Tangent handles lists is that each list glyph is presented somewhat differently (even if it's just text).

just like the difference between - and * lists, the n) ones should have bigger paddings IMHO
