• Your purpose in using this API:
  Building NoorPath, an Islamic education PWA for children (ages 7-10). The app teaches verified hadith from Sahih Bukhari and Muslim collections as part of a structured Islamic studies curriculum aligned with the British KS2 syllabus. Hadith will be displayed with full grading and source attribution.

• API rate limits:

  • Maximum requests per second: 5
  • Maximum requests per day: 5,000

• Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access?
  Programmatic API access is preferred so we always serve the latest verified data.

• What are the languages in which would you like hadith data?
  English and Arabic

• What programming language will your API client be in?
  TypeScript (Next.js PWA)
