Moves source acquisition and comparison into
tools/corpussopackages/fallbacksstays focused on the runtime package. The corpus commands are now available from the repo root ascorpus:acquireandcorpus:compare.Also improves compare scoring so proportional Latin ranking uses text-carrying codepoints while still reporting full Latin outliers, and monospace comparisons can report
cell_width_onlyinstead of over-claiming metric fidelity.Verified:
