Organizes the corpus source catalog by source family so acquisition metadata is easier to scan and maintain.
The acquisition command stays the runtime entry point, and the source list is unchanged. This is a behavior-preserving reorg: no new sources, no downloaded files, and no package/runtime changes.
Verified:
