0.0.97's change isn't present in the repository

The 0.0.97 version in PyPI has "version = '0.0.97'" in setup.py, but the source code here still have "version = '0.0.96'".

NOw it's the contrary :

• pypi version is 0.0.97
• github version is 0.0.98 (with new requirements for the tests, among other things)
