Bug: Audio Transcription Fails — MP3 Files Cannot Be Transcribed

What happened?

File uploads and shows "transcribing" status, then retries at 30s and 60s intervals, then fails with "could not transcribe" or "cannot process" error. Audio transcription feature is non-functional.

Steps to reproduce

1. Ensure OpenAI provider configured with whisper-1
2. Open AI Chat
3. Upload an MP3 file under 25MB
4. Observe behavior

Expected behavior

File transcribed via Whisper. AI can answer questions about audio content.

@dev-bitrupt I'm unable to reproduce this. How did you test it — was the container started via tale start? Also please make sure the OpenAI provider is configured with a valid API key.
