Feature Request: allow `scale minute` for Gantt charts

For projects with short time spans (<= 1 day) it would be helpful if the Gantt chart could be displayed with a granularity finer than hour. I have tried to produce a cooking plan (who does what with which kitchen resource) but the Gantt chart is unusable because it's way too narrow.
