Heartbeat write stops weight streaming on Acaia Pearl ('NEW' type) #35

Hello,
I am using an Acaia Pearl ('NEW' type, where the write characteristic is separated).
I am not completely certain, but I believe the purchase date was in 2024.
I am not using AcaiaArduinoBLE directly, but I referenced a lot of its code for my own implementation and testing.
However, with this device, once the heartbeat signal is written, weight streaming stops afterward.
For the 'NEW' type only, I removed the heartbeat signal, and after that it worked normally.
I cannot be sure whether this issue occurs consistently for other users as well, but if others are experiencing the same behavior, it seems that the heartbeat signal should be removed for the 'NEW' type.
