hotspot_annotate_maf does not work as expected

Please see the attached MAF file. AR L702H should be a snv_hotspot, however, the function returned all FALSE.

I've also been having trouble with this function, for me I get errors related to the data types. In your case, this may be related to genome builds, as I think the hotspots are in hg19. Is your data in hg38?
