registration info saved to story.json file #2
Description
We should do one or more of the following when info such as remote/local, language, consultant gets changed in registration:
a) save info in the story.json file for the occasion its gets changed in the registration when a given translation is already in progress
b) we should ask the user if we can remove the other project files completely off the phone upon certain fields being changed in registration
c) build a way for the phone to trigger a change to the database that ROCC uses.
