Is it possible to add timestamp when sending data?

If you have an RTC then yes. I think you need an NTP Server that could send out timestamps to the Arduino which will sync the time and then use them to send the timestamps back to InfluxDB. I think the RTC library from Adafruit can do some lifting.

I have DS3231 clock connected to ESP. So how to send timestamp from DS3231 to Influx? :)
