Termux wiki (wiki.termux.com) fails Anubis challenge on macOS (Access Denied)

When opening https://wiki.termux.com/ on my MacBook, the Anubis page immediately shows:

Access Denied: error code 3afcc956a8fb823b.
Anubis version shown: 1.25.0.

Expected: see the "loading" page briefly and then access the wiki.

Notes:

• Happens in multiple browsers on this MacBook.
• Works on my phone and another laptop on the same network (they show the loading page first).
• Changing networks (including hotspot) doesn’t help.
• macOS has no system proxy/PAC configured.
