Not find the file WSDL

Hi,
I want to try the API code but I don't find the WSDL file.
When I type the adress like this: sharepoint.url/subsite/_vti_bin/Lists.asmx?WSDL
I have a xml file. I put this one in my server drive but the code read nothing.
Can you help me please ?
