Refactor: Replace BB5 terminology with M4 in methodology files #3
Description
Background
Per ADR-002, the naming convention changed from "Building Blocks" (BB1-BB6) to "Modules" (M1-M4 + Pipeline). However, the methodology files still contain old BB5 terminology.
