Settings rework #22
Description
Rework the settings UI so that it is split up like the FAQ-Tab. Create a shared/reusable logic for that so that the code does not duplicate and is CLEAN.
In the future, there might be additional settings so one full page is not suitable anymore. Settings should be saved across switching tabs though.
