Support OBJECTIVE CAPTURED for Skirmish matches

In a skirmish match, HLU seems to record the objective captured event wrongly:

19:49:48 - Sat, Jan 25	OBJECTIVE CAPTURED  	Allies captured an objective: ALLIED (10 - -5) AXIS

recording the points as 10 to -5 🤷

When 0-0, the get gamestate command returns 5 for each side 🙈

when capped, gamestate changes the "winner" to 10 🤣

I'm aware in Skirmish it's 5 by default, 10 if you're holding the objective. But what's the -5 doing there? HLU would fail to parse a gamestate response with negative scores even.

That's what irritated me. The game still always returns 5 and 10 for skirmish. HLU, however, uses the team scores to calculate the "other teams score", meaning, it will substract the winner teams score from 5 (hardcoded). Hence, 10 and -5 for the other team :D

Tbh, as this is fixed, I would be okayish to keep it like that 🤣
