TR: aggregation example for employment

Either we swap out employment example or we add an aggregation example. Can be a boring one. Might need a diagram explaining the idea of binned aggregation

I've re-sectioned the conceptual part, such that aggregation is a subsection. It's just a paragraph now, not yet complete, but thinking now maybe full aggregation graphs aren't necessary?
