Debugging errors?

Is there any way to see what the plugin is doing? I have a complex document that I'm running sync symbols and nothing is happening. I'm not sure if it's erroring out or not finding any other symbols. Would be nice to have a debug mode that would log to the mac console app or something similar.

An actual debug mode is in the works, but in the meantime, if you're feeling adventurous, you can clone the code and put log('message') statements wherever you feel is appropriate. Those will be appended to the system.log (you can get to it by opening Console.app).
