Support JSON Schema versioning for model files #61
Description
This is in support of the major changes to the model files regarding the removal of the Telemetry Service, to provide some sort cross-compatibility/interoperability, so that ICDs can be created from models created before the change. I'm thinking all Telemetry and EventStreams get mapped to Events and old Events get mapped to ObserveEvents.
