example: timed access to a network

Shriram provided us with this variant of the "Hotel Authentication" example: only provide access to the network for N minutes after client has agreed to the terms-of-service.

In contrast to Apple TV, we'd want to do this with waypointing, right? If
we do that, we'd rewrite the destination to the "capture" host/port and let
the normal routing behavior take over?
