Get CLA.md reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it #2

Description

@enricopiovesan

Summary

CLA.md (added in PR #1) is an AI-drafted starting point, explicitly flagged in the file itself as not legal advice and not reviewed by a lawyer. It should not be relied on to gate real contributions or as the basis for any commercial-licensing decision until it gets real legal review.

Why

Repo owner wants the option to relicense/commercially license the codebase later without needing to track down every external contributor for consent -- that's the entire point of having a CLA. An unreviewed draft doesn't actually secure that option if it's legally deficient.

Depends on

none

Blocked by

not blocked -- deliberately deferred. Decision (2026-07-05): defer until there's a real external contributor or a concrete reason to rely on the CLA, since there are no external contributors yet and the draft is clearly flagged as such in the file.

Definition of Done

  • A lawyer has reviewed CLA.md
  • Any changes from that review are applied
  • The "draft, not legal advice" notice is removed once review is complete

Validation

  • Lawyer sign-off exists (however the repo owner wants to record that -- e.g. a note in this issue, a dated commit)
