Community Note added to a video is not always displayed on newly posted videos

Describe the bug
Community Note added to a video doesn't always get displayed when using "post video" feature.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to https://x.com/Boldyboy1975/status/1976832128030851462
2. Click on "Post video"
3. Scroll down to your profile to see your posts. Community Note doesn't appear to the newly added post.

Expected behaviour
Community Note should be attached to all video copies if the Note was added to a video and any other post including the video.

• iPadOS 18.6.2 using X app v11.30.1
• Latest Chrome web browser running on macOS Sequoia 15.7.1

Note: I also downloaded the video and posted it: https://x.com/hoaxeye/status/1979237813947084844 - for some reason, the CN did not appear on a new video copy either
Test repeated on MacOS using latest Chrome browser. 1) using post video https://x.com/JanneFI/status/1979434645126029366 and 2) uploading a new copy of the video: https://x.com/JanneFI/status/1979435821171159123 Community Note does not show up on either post.

The note does appear to be on the post: https://x.com/i/birdwatch/t/1976832128030851462?platform=0&source=6

It does take some non-zero amount of time to match.

Your link points to the post by Boldyboy1975. That post had a note visible to begin with. My test posts using handle JanneFI do not have a note. The links are in the issue report

I made some new tests with another Community Noted video: https://x.com/i/birdwatch/t/1980273983028367575?source=6

This Community Note was posted on Oct 21. It's rated helpful and is showing on 83 posts that include this video.

My test post from today: https://x.com/JanneFI/status/1981307670968639949 was made using "Post video" of the original. I also found another post from Oct 22 where the user uploaded a new copy of the video: https://x.com/ViktorKlopp/status/1980896283326914595
Community Note is not visible in either posts.

Perhaps the note does not always show on posts that are published after the Community Note was written?
