Project 14: The EditView is never coming up when I drop a location

Subject says it all. I'm using the Xcode project as found in the github repo -- not my own, which also doesn't work. I can never get the EditView to come up. The .sheet modifier appears to have no effect. Otherwise, I can drop new locations on the map just fine.
