typst universe is not available in the current version of typst.js

typst universe upon installing or importing with #import shows "not available in the current vesion and needs version 0.12.0"

It seems that this is due to the version of Typst installed by this tool.
package cetz requires Typst v0.12.0 or higher, but the version of Typst you have installed is v0.10.8.

To fix this, the version of this tool should be upgraded.
