:bug: Cannot `--full-output` spherical tokamak eval file

Describe the bug

Running process -i tests/regression/input_files/spherical_tokamak_eval.IN.DAT --full-output hangs the terminal and never plots the PDF.

Steps to reproduce

Run process -i tests/regression/input_files/spherical_tokamak_eval.IN.DAT --full-output

Expected behaviour

The terminal does not hang and a PDF is plot in the same directory as the input file.

Environment

• OS: MacOS, WSL
• Version: 3.3.0 (40782b5)
