There is no definition pcl::index_t and pcl::UNAVAILABLE in pcl

pcl::index_t and pcl::UNAVAILABLE is not exist in pcl library

Google say pcl::index_t is in the pcl/types.h but when I include pcl/types.h, the error occur.

and pcl::UNAVAILABLE is not exist anywhere

where can I get those definitions?

the definition of pcl::index_t and pcl::UNAVAILABLE is in a high version pcl lib above 1.11 and 1.13。 But it is easy to replace pcl::index_t by int , and definite pcl::UNAVAILABLE as 'static constexpr int UNAVAILABLE = static_cast(-1)'
