ui improvements and slight feature improvements

1. there should be change category option for all transaction
2. category fetch is not fetching user made categories only by deafult are shown on trnasaction page as well as profile page
3. add some avaatar image
4. delete account feature is not working
5. in insights we have to add limit feature for expense categories
6. transaction table navbar when hovered misbehaves
