Best approach for per-platform dark & light theming

The docs show @variant ios/@variant android and @variant dark/@variant light as sibling variants only — there's no documented way to combine/nest them for per-platform dark & light tokens. Currently the only way to achieve this seems to be defining separate custom themes (ios-dark, android-light, etc.) via extraThemes. Is there a cleaner built-in approach?

You can combine variants like you would normally do in tailwind
For selectors - ios:dark:opacity-0
For css:

            @variant ios {
                    --color-special: purple;
            }
        }
    }
