Enchants not working

Issue description

The enchants are not working. Knockback doesn't knockback more, Fire aspect doesn't light the enemy, ...

Steps to reproduce the issue

Add enchants to weapons and try pvp

OS and versions

• Turanic: 73dbbe5
• PHP: 7.0
• Server OS: Linux x64
• Game version: 1.2

Add Enchant

$enchantment = new EnchantmentInstance(Enchantment::getEnchantment(0), 3);
$item->addEnchantment($enchantment);

This works. But the problem is when you hit a player. The enchant does nothing (knockback doesn't knockback more than usual, ...)
