Windows iconified with "Iconify on focus lost" will be iconified when moving the window

Describe the bug
On CachyOS with XFCE, a window set to "Iconify on focus lost" will be re-iconified as soon as I attempt to move it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Fresh install of KDocker
2. Iconify any program window
3. Enable "Iconify on focus lost" in the right-click menu
4. Click the icon to show the program
5. Try to move the window by grabbing the title bar and dragging
6. Instead of moving the window, the window will simply be iconified again immediately

Expected behavior
The program should remain up while dragging the window.
