Merge of #34 (musl-static) into staging includes 4a4ac7f which changes producer_h5.hpp output for VLEN strings and scatter/gather emission. 11 h5_* CTest fixtures fail with golden mismatch across all CI platforms (run 26552954934). Regenerate goldens under tests/golden/h5_*.expected to match the new emission.
