Adding T2T References

A few clients have asked for T2T references (human & mouse) for their projects, which it looks like we don't currently retrieve in this repo.

I'm happy to add this myself, by reading up on how we do this via this repo + adding rows & running the necessary steps. Or, if someone else would rather do this, that's fine too.
