QC details per check #609
Description
A record has one QC flag, but some checks are only applied when some conditions are met (buddy check, window checks etc). This results in a state for example where a record is labeld as 'ok', but the buddy check is actually not applied when the conditions are not met.
The user should be able to extract the info per record, per check. This means that per record, and per check a flag must exist that can be 'passed', 'not checked', 'condition not met', 'failed'.
This info can be returned via the 'details' column in the outliersdf.
