Buddy check bug --> outlier timestamps are Nan #613
Description
A bug was reported that the buddycheck (V1.0.0) raises a NaT error when assigning outliers on the sensor. After some debugging i found that the issue was that the synchronization step in the buddy check did not work for timestamps that did not start on-the-hour.
