Measure adoption of enablement notebooks

As you design the enablement notebooks, evaluate how we can measure adoption and track usage.

Some suggested ideas are :

• Asking a user to register before starting the course
• Logging a metric when someone downloads and activates the demo

Ideally, it would be great to track usage of the whole project but perhaps - building a registration form for enablement notebooks can be a good starting point.

I think we can also get some data insights from docker hub as we are verified publisher. That could tell us how often the image is downloaded. It is not enough but it is a start.
