puppet labs stdlib file_line must configure :defaultfor

puppetlabs stdlib file_line provider must have higher precedence, otherwise at least in 3.2.x puppet seems to alternate between two default providers:

warning: Found multiple default providers for file_line: ruby, ssh; using ruby

If ssh is selected it will result in errors for resources that are not remote:

err: /Stage[main]/Deploy::Credentials/File_line[github_known_host]: Could not evaluate: Net::SSH::AuthenticationFailed
