Refactor create-vch-wizard service getDvsPortGroups #546
Description
We need to refactor create-vch-wizard service -> getDvsPortGroups method in order to fetch data from the correct endpoint. The new base endpoint will be /ui/vic/rest/data/* instead of /ui/data/* and /ui/vic/rest/tree/* instead of /ui/tree/* and they will be handled by our own vic java service layer.
