Describe the bug

Warp crashes immediately upon launch on a fresh install. The application does not open at all — it crashes before displaying any UI. This happens consistently even after completely deleting Warp including all config files and reinstalling, and after multiple system restarts.

To reproduce

1. Download and install Warp (fresh install)
2. Launch Warp
3. App crashes immediately — no UI is shown

Expected behavior

Warp should launch successfully and display the terminal UI.
