Describe the bug

git rm completion suggests removing files to be staged, not already committed.

To reproduce

  1. Inside a Git repository with commit history
  2. Change a file (e.g: README.md)
  3. Try git rm -- LICENSE.md (only README.md will be suggested)

Expected behavior

Same behavior of git-completion, suggest files that can be removed.
