Running with version flag does not output version number

chaind --version doesn't seem to work.

When I run it with a config file available it just starts chaind and does not show the version number.

When I remove the config file and run chaind --version it still does not output the version number and exits with the following error:

This is as of 0.9.1, running the linux-amd64 version.
