Provide typings for the iife version #42

I need to use this lib on a legacy project, which still uses the global version (iife). For that, typings for that static object webeid would be appreciated. That kind of typings could be seen on the @types/lodash, for example, through the LoDashStatic type (https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/blob/master/types/lodash/index.d.ts)
