Create single list style mode

To make it possible to use the app immediately as a personal and shared list taking application, it would be great to start it with a fixed list type. 
If the configuration parameter single_list_type: 'my_list_type' is set, list type creation should be turned off, and only lists of the configured list type should be creatable.
