Errors with @ suppressed are reported, too #2

for example:

symfony/process/Symfony/Component/Process/ProcessPipes.php:261

is alway reported.
That is because get_last_error is really dumb. Unfortunately xdebug cannot help either. Maybe use a little config to ignore some errors? Or backtrack?

Maybe we could go here the qbaka / erroception way:
Post the errors to a webservice which then generates reportings and error-lists. Where then we can filter for reportings or issues - and can still mail
