remove upstart scripts on the target image

**Describe the bug**
There are upstart scripts in /etc/init on target image.
They do not seem to be needed anymore because webOS currently uses systemd instead of upstart.
Investigate the systemd / upstart scripts in the target image, then remove the upstart scripts if they are not necessary anymore.
