Renderer: Zombie Element 🧟‍♂️ with detached state is not updated by attribute value

Reproduction:

1. click d3
2. click d4
3. click d3
4. click d4

(no selection)

1. click d1

d1 is selected, custom element map renders d4 as selection

DOM looks like this (not good) / state differs from attribute value:

even easier: click d4 2 times, click d1. same same

This can be fixed by using the dot-notation but i uncovered another bug with that:

In the last case dot Notation and attribute assignement differ when handling falsy values. .
