Can't trade

Hi, thanks for excellent work, been enjoying the game with a friend. What a blast!

Playing with the fresh batch install you provided. Couple issues:

-trade window is frozen, unable to trade. Trade depot works normally, can bring goods and request trader, but hitting [t]rade brings up the list of goods where no key presses except [esc] register.

• [j]obs [m]anager window: trying to impose conditions like [yearly/seasonal/daily] job doesn't work, feels like the error from assigning locations. You can press buttons but the screen refreshes so often that they don't register or something like that.

• for some key combinations the browser overrides the game , like [b]uilding a slab [alt+s] will open history in Firefox.

Thanks for letting me know you've been enjoying dfplex! I haven't worked on dfplex for a while, but next time I do I will tackle these.
