Minor - UI - Stockpile (give/take)

Bug
    when trying to assign a stockpile to a workshop, the workshop assignment menu will cancel out 
    when the cursor is leaving the stockpile area

Expected behavior
    being able to move the cursor from the stockpile area to the desired workshop and to press (enter) 
    to assign it

How to replicate
    (q) -> go to a stockpile -> (t)ake / (g)ive -> move cursor towards a workshop

Workaround
    disable multiplex ( \ ), do the assignment and reenable
