I've tested on a clean installation, and there seems to be a conflict between Comet Cache and Sabai Discuss on posting a question; it keeps returning to the posting page without publishing the question. This is the cache even when Comet Cache is disabled via Plugin Organizer. The question can only be published when actually turned off.
I will also inform the author of the plugin and point him to this thread.
